This 14 karat white gold rolling ring is also known as “Russian Wedding Ring” and is a design that Cartier help popularize is the 1920’s.  One of the the 3.8mm wide bands has 14 evenly spaced diamonds that are  gypsy set.  These diamonds total 0.30 carat, clarity VS, colour G/H.  While a smaller size that would fit a size 4.5 to a small 5, the total weight is 10.45g.
