We are looking for a Sales & Jewellery Consultant  to join our team! Are you Customer Service oriented? Do you love all things sparkly? We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best service experience for our customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Extensive customer service
  • Welcome and direct visitors for appointments and meetings.
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinate orders and event planning with the sales team.
  • Research ideas for merchandise displays and layouts.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and materials.
  • Experienced, with 3 years or more.
  • This position requires superior customer service skills, those who are willing to go above and beyond for our clients.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Professional and familiar with clientele in luxury retail.
  • An efficient communicator with a positive and welcoming attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full time and part time opportunity available.

An ideal candidate should have:

  • Several years of experience
  • CW21 Certification (or comparable proof of experience)
  • Experience working with a wide range of watches, from low end quartz movements to luxury automatic watches. Brands such as: Breitling, Omega, Rolex, Tag Heuer, Cartier, and more.
  • Extensive experience in the repair, adjustment, and proper service of today’s most frequently used watch calibres (such as ETA 7750, and others)
  • Ability to work quickly, meet changing deadlines and time constraints. Multi-tasking is necessary.
  • High level of organization and strong time-management skills.

 

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Fully testing all watches to ensure all functions are working properly.
  • Performing maintenance, overhaul, battery replacement, and various other repair jobs and services
