Return & Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply call at 613-233-8839 or email us at email@bobthompsonjewellers.com within 30 days from the date of delivery and we will happily exchange your item.

Estate “Preloved” collection and “Sale” items

Merchandise sold on our Estate preloved jewellery, preowned watches or sale are final. Appraisal or certificate are available for an additional fee of $65. Please add in the comment section at your checkout. Resizing is offered at $70 for all Preloved rings.

Online orders

For all regular-priced merchandise purchased online at Thompson’s Jewellers will provide an exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided merchandise has not been worn, altered, engraved, or special-ordered. All claims, returns, battery replacement, or warranty service must be accompanied by proof of purchase, original packaging and warranty materials. Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Call us at 613-233-8839 or send us an email at email@bobthompsonjewellers.com. If your order is eligible for a return, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Form.

2. Package Your Merchandise

The merchandise returned must be received in sellable condition. Enclose the merchandise and the printed Return Authorization Form, the packing slip, original packaging, and any papers provided with your item. Please ship back the item or drop it off in person at 193 Bank Street. K2P 1W7. Ottawa Ontario.

3. Ship Your Package

If you choose to use the shipping method, the return may not process until we receive the package. Thompson’s will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if the package is lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled. Please provide the tracking number when if you decide to return your items.

4. Processing Your Return/Exchange

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for exchange, your replacement item will be processed within a few business days.
