Estate “Preloved” collection, discontinued “retired” and “Sale” items
Please note that all Preloved/Preowned items are FINAL SALE. Merchandise sold in our Preloved Jewellery, Preowned Watches, Discontinued “Retired” Items, and Sale categories cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you would like an Appraisal or Certificate for any of these items, it is available for an additional fee of $65. Please be sure to add this request in the comment section at checkout.
For Preloved Rings, Resizing is available at a fee of $70.

Returns & Exchanges
At Thompson’s Jewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For all regular-priced merchandise purchased online, we offer an exchange only within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the item has not been worn, altered, engraved, or special-ordered to qualify for an exchange.
For warranty service, battery replacements, or claims, items must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, packaging, and warranty materials.
Please note that all sale, retired, and Pre-Loved merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Inventory Quantity Dispute
Items that are purchased on our website has the chance to be sold at the same time at the store or online before going out of stock online. If it’s a piece that can be re-ordered or reproduced, we will contact the purchaser to let them know with the time frame. If the item is one of a kind piece, discontinued or Pre-Loved Collection and cannot be reproduced, in that case, our Customer Care team will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment in your original purchase. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
Engraving Schedule: Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery of standard engraved items and an additional time for delivery of monogrammed and hand-engraved items. Items on special order may take longer. Please contact us at the store on 613-233-8839 for more information.

Call us at 613-233-8839 or send us an email at email@bobthompsonjewellers.com. If your order is eligible for a return, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Form.
2. Package Your Merchandise
The merchandise returned must be received in sellable condition. Enclose the merchandise and the printed Return Authorization Form, the packing slip, original packaging, and any papers provided with your item. Please ship back the item or drop it off in person at 193 Bank Street. K2P 1W7. Ottawa Ontario.
3. Ship Your Package
If you choose to use the shipping method, the return/exchange may not process until we receive the package. Thompson’s will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if the package is lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled. Please provide the tracking number when if you decide to return your items.
4. Processing Your Return/Exchange
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for exchange, your replacement item will be processed within a few business days.
