This beautiful circle of life necklace is made of sapphires set in 18 karat yellow gold.  These range in colour, starting with yellow at the top through shades of green and blue to purple, mauve, pink, peach and orange to golden and weigh 1 carat.  The yellow sapphire is 2.1mm in diameter and the largest dark blue is 2.8mm.  The outside diameter of the circle is 15mm on a chain that can be work at 16 or 18″.
