Fossilized coral is a gemstone that is formed when prehistoric coral skeletons are naturally replaced by silica or agate over millions of years. Prized for its durability and unique, floral or starburst-like patterns, it is widely used in lapidary work, jewellery, and decorative carvings. This size 56 bangle showcases various shades of red starbursts over its 19.6mm width.  The thickness of this solid bangle is 7.8mm and has an inside diameter of 54.8mm.  Fossilized coral is relatively durable, but it is porous. Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, hot water, or ultrasonic cleaners.
